Good, but time is off by 1 hour

So far, I am impressed with the overall feel and look of the app.

However, there a few issues with this app. One, the time is offset by +1 hour for my location even with DST enabled secondly, some aspect of the navigation between pages and the radar is not smooth.

This app has lots of room for improvement. Im keeping the app unless theres no fix for the time offset issue!
